How It All Started
Years ago, I led a theater program in Colorado where I asked inmates one big question: “What would the play of your life look like?”
And what happened next was incredible. These men and women began to tell the truth—sometimes for the first time. And as they did, they started to heal, grow, and transform.
That’s when I knew: this wasn’t just theater. It was breakthrough communication.
And it wasn’t just for people behind bars—it was for anyone ready to live a fuller life: lawyers, leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, students… anyone with a voice.
So in 2011, I founded Tell The Winning Story. Since then, it’s helped thousands of people connect with themselves and their audience in a way that changes everything.
