The Men’s Ministry goal is to train and equip (disciple) men to be spiritual leaders in their families, church, and community. “For once you’ve changed the man, you’ve changed the family.”

Starting January 9th we will dive into Dr. Barclay’s “What is a God Man”. If Christian men understand how to make righteous decisions each day about every matter of life, they will automatically have great godly favor, success, influence, and anointing to fulfill the great commission—souls!

I. To establish a True and Intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, through prayer, worship, and the building of strong faith through the power of the Holy Spirit by the daily reading and study of God’s Word.
II. To build strong Godly Character through, Deliverance, Integrity, along with Accountability one with the other.
III. To help men assume their spiritual role of leadership beginning at home, then the church, and then into the workplace. Accomplishing this by being true obedient servants of Jesus Christ and sharing our faith throughout the world. Also to bring unity in the body of Christ by tearing down the denominational, racial, and ethnic barriers so that we may all become one in Jesus Christ.
Mez Varol
Men’s Leader
Mez Varol is the Founder and the President of International Academy, in Daytona Beach Florida since 1981. International Academy is one of the leading cosmetology institutions worldwide. Mez has collaborated and worked with thousands of cosmetologists, barbers, estheticians, massage therapists and nail technicians worldwide. He has provided a stellar education to individuals that are employed in Resort Spas, Day Spas and High End Salons in many countries, including the United States. Mez is the Past President of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS) representing 1200 schools nationwide. He is the current President of FACTS (Florida Association of Cosmetology & Technical Schools), representing schools, educators and students. In 2006, he was the recipient of the N.E. Cimaglia Award, presented by Milady/Cengage Publishing for Outstanding Lifetime Contributions to Cosmetology Education. He is an active member of the Beauty and the Wellness Industries, working with Independent Salons, Chain Salons, Day Spas, Beauty Manufacturers and Distributors. He is married to his wife Paulette for 37 years. His children are, Alexis, Nicholas, Nathaniel and AnaBella.
